Technical Support Engineer ( Intern )Division: Global Support Services  
Location: Beijing  
Time: Fulltime  
Period: 6-12 months  
 
*Job Description*  
Responsible for providing technical support to customers in the Greater China and global customers  
 
Answer telephone hotline and web based inquiries from customers regarding Red Hat software  
 
Analyze problems with non-functioning software to identify problem areas and recommend corrective action  
 
Use professional concept and exercise judgment within defined procedures  
 
*Job Requirement*  
Bachelor degree in technical related discipline or equivalent  
 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese  
 
Excellent learning skill  
 
Excellent understanding of Linux/Unix and Open Source technology will be preferred.  
 
Experience in kernel, TCP/IP, LDAP/NIS, NFS, SAMBA and storage (like SAN/NAS/iSCSI) will be preferred.
